What format are your designs offered in?
Our designs are offered in: DST, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, VIP and XXX.
If you're not sure which format your embroidery machine uses, please check your user's manual to find the best format for your machine. The following guide may be of assistance:
Can I resize the designs?
You are welcome to resize our designs, however, we do not recommend resizing designs more or less than 10% of their original size. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same the quality of any resized design as this may be altered during the resizing process. Due to their unique properties, lacework or appliqué designs should not be resized.
What currency are the designs priced in?
All prices noted on this site are in US dollars.
GST has been included in the advertised price for purchasers with a delivery destination of Australia or its Territories.
How are my designs delivered?
Once your payment has been cleared, you will receive an email with your encrypted download links included for instant download. Should you not receive your designs or have any difficulty in opening them, please email us at embroidery123@optusnet.com.au and we can send you the files as an attachment.
Do you supply your designs on CD?
If you would prefer your designs on a CD, we are happy to send them to you for an additional charge of $5.00 per disk.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of embroidery software, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please be assured that all of our designs have been manually punched and test stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale to ensure you receive designs of the highest quality.
